Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral devices.
Help with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Support troubleshooting for printers, emails, VPNs, and connectivity issues.
Monitor and log IT requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain inventory records of IT assets and assist with equipment setup for new joiners.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
What You’ll Learn
